Due to the nature of our products and small business operations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

This includes:

  • accidental purchases

  • deciding you no longer want the item

  • delays caused by shipping carriers outside of our control

Signed and personalised books

Signed or personalised books are made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Please ensure all spelling and personalisation details are entered correctly when ordering.

Digital products and downloads

Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, eBooks, guides, and downloadable resources, all digital purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will happily assist.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@naomidyer.com.au.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where appropriate, we may offer:
