This workshop is presented by Naomi Dyer—a former corporate manager, award-winning trainer, and professional singer turned International Speaker, Bestselling Author, and Internationally Certified Results Coach. Naomi’s personal and professional journey, shaped by overcoming immense challenges, has inspired her to develop her unique Balance Framework to help others reconnect with their well-being.

Optimal workshop times are 10am to 1pm or 1pm to 4pm.
Other times can be negotiated if during a company training day or event.

As there is some breakout group work, a space where participants can move around is ideal, however, Naomi can adapt to whatever size learning space you have.
Regular breaks are included, so light beverages and small snacks are encouraged for you to have available for your participants if you wish.
